Whether you book a call or send a message, the first conversation is always free, gentle, and there's no expectation to commit to anything. The aim is just to figure out, together, whether I'm the right person to help.

From there, I'll suggest the option that fits, whether that's an initial consultation, a goal package, a test, or sometimes none of the above. Honest, practical, no pressure.
