Women's health & hormones
Hormone shifts, cycle irregularities, PCOS, perimenopause and fertility, supported through food and lifestyle.
A naturopathic nutritionist working with people in busy, full lives, to gently bring their bodies back into balance through food, lifestyle and small, consistent changes.
The idea for Cute Clinic came about in 2023, but the roots go further back. In 2019 I was living what looked like a balanced life on paper, steady job, decent routine, manageable stress. Beneath the surface I wasn't thriving: low energy, run-down, always seemed to be catching something. That "just not feeling right" became impossible to ignore.
I started looking at how food and lifestyle really affect our physiology. The more I learned, the more things began to shift. Small, consistent changes made a significant difference. I realised how much confusion exists around wellness, so much noise, conflicting advice, and felt drawn to find clarity, first for myself, eventually for others.
Small, consistent changes are what build lasting health, not quick fixes or overwhelm.
That thirst for learning brought me to the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, where my interest quickly became a calling. Today Cute Clinic is built around the same principle, honest, knowledgeable, deeply personalised support for people who want to feel better, for good.
You can find me (and my family) daily on Instagram and TikTok.
Naturopathic nutrition looks at how food, lifestyle and health are connected. It's not about following trends or quick fixes, it's about understanding what your body needs and what might be getting in the way of feeling well. Here are the areas I most commonly work on with clients.
Hormone shifts, cycle irregularities, PCOS, perimenopause and fertility, supported through food and lifestyle.
Bloating, irregular bowel habits, food reactions and IBS. Often the first place to start when things feel off.
Where immune balance and inflammation are central, quietly worked on through diet, sleep and stress.
Adult acne, eczema, hair thinning and dryness, addressing the internal drivers, not just the surface.
When metabolism, appetite or nutrition need recalibrating, gently, sustainably, in a way you can keep up.
Supporting focus, energy, sleep and emotional wellbeing, body and mind worked on together.

A free 15-minute call is the easiest way to find out. No agenda, no prep, no obligation, I'll listen to what's been going on for you, share how I'd approach it, and you can decide if it feels right.
Most people who reach out have been quietly carrying something for a while, bloating that won't shift, energy that hasn't been quite right, hormones doing their own thing, skin that's been flaring. Often a short conversation is enough for both of us to see whether nutritional therapy is the right next step. If it is, brilliant. If it isn't, I'll point you toward what might be, no hard feelings, no follow-ups.
