I'm Simona, a naturopathic nutritionist with a focus on helping people feel their best through natural, sustainable support for the body and mind. At Cute Clinic, I work with clients to improve their health using a combination of personalised nutrition, lifestyle changes, and gentle daily practices. This includes everything from supporting digestion and energy levels to improving sleep, managing stress, and creating more balance day to day. My aim is always to help the body return to its natural state of equilibrium—without overwhelm or quick fixes, just steady, practical support.
I’m a registered member of both the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
My background in Social Pedagogy—an approach that applies educational tools to social and developmental challenges, particularly in childcare and family support—forms the basis of my understanding of human behaviour and life-stage transitions. After completing my undergraduate studies, I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist.
In addition to my clinical work, I’m a certified Yin Yoga teacher and an advocate for mindfulness as a practical, everyday tool. I integrate these practices where appropriate to support clients not just nutritionally, but emotionally and mentally—bringing together body and mind to improve overall wellbeing.
Naturopathic nutrition looks at how food, lifestyle and health are connected. It’s not about following trends or quick fixes—it’s about understanding what your body needs and what might be getting in the way of feeling well.
At Cute Clinic, we use nutritional therapy to support how the body works day to day. That includes digestion, hormones, immunity, energy levels and more. We take the time to look at what’s going on underneath the symptoms and offer guidance that fits your routine and goals.
Areas we commonly support include:
•Women’s health – including hormone shifts, cycle changes, PCOS and fertility
• Digestive health – such as bloating, irregular bowel habits, food reactions and IBS
• Autoimmune conditions – where immune support and inflammation are key
•Skin, hair and nails – addressing internal drivers of breakouts, thinning or dryness
• Weight concerns – when metabolism, appetite or nutrition need recalibrating
•Stress and mood – supporting focus, energy, sleep and emotional wellbeing
• Parenting – from preconception and pregnancy to recovery and family lifeIf you’re trying to make sense of ongoing symptoms or want support with a specific issue, naturopathic nutrition gives us a practical way to figure out what your body is asking for—and what it may need less of.
